Adapt to ExperienceChanges of my Sleeping Pattern

The second noticeable effect in taking SE2™, was better sleeping.

I quickly found I slept through the night more often.

Sleeping better is important.

In late December 2012, I began taking two SE2™ tablets a day as instructed.

I began to take StemFlo™ in February, 2013.

December, 2012. While I have always slept well, it was my routine to get up about 3am to urinate. Suddenly, I was sleeping through almost every night. Those were small unexpected benefits that mean a lot to me.

January, 2013. I have for many years taken a nap whenever I feel tired, even during the day. With SE2™ the half hour daytime nap often became an hour. I don't think that's a bad thing. It may be a direct result of extra energy expenditure.

March, 2013. I've noticed over time much less need to sleep during the day. This might be partly due to a change in the sort of work I'm doing. I'm spending more of each day on my feet. I'm spending much less of the day sitting to read.

I think I used to run on being 'over-tired' as normal. I don't feel like that today.

3rd May, 2013: Often go all day without taking a nap. But I still also tend to burn the candle at both ends, so daytime sleeping is still part of the pattern.

If you want to talk to me about what I'm learning, you can let me know here.
