Changes in an old Muscle Injury.

Adapt to ExperienceChanges in an old Muscle Injury

This injury becomes apparent to me using the bench press.

However, the cause is ballroom dancing. The muscle holding the right arm high is injured.

This injury is maybe 20 years old. I now understand it better.

In late December 2012, I began taking two SE2™ tablets a day as instructed.

I began to take StemFlo™ in February, 2013.

The Bench Press

February, 2013. I've got a small bench press, and when I get enthusiastic I use it to strengthen my arm muscles. But there is a small problem, that's existed for years. In my right arm a minor part of the biceps muscle is injured and it gets worse if I lift too much. I've been aware of it for a long time, but never identified the cause.

March, 2013. Taking SE2™ seems to have made me more aware if this muscle injury, and forced me to investigate it more. The injury is to that part of the biceps muscle that runs up to the top of the shoulder. I now realise it's caused by holding the right arm high and motionless during ballroom dancing. It's like a repetitive strain injury, caused by the muscle not moving, and therefore becoming filled with acid. The injury also makes it difficult to extend the arm directly out, sideways from the shoulder, and to then roll the hand over turning the palm upwards.

Having identified the source I can do something about it. When dancing if I notice that arm beginning to ache, I can drop the arm flex it a bit and relieve the situation. There are also many extended arm moments when dancing. I can extend the arm and roll the hand over, exercising the damaged muscle in a different way. This seems to be working well. The pain is much less and the muscle seems to be getting better.

2nd April: I've been making sure when dancing, that the biceps muscle does not get held in a rigid and painful position for too long. I now know how to drop the arm, but also to raise it, extend the arm sideways from the shoulder and to turn the hand over several times. Now I can also bench press without reactivating that injury.

3rd may, 2013: During the month of April, the arm muscle was perhaps slowly healing. I made sure I didn't reinforce the injury. However it continued to create pain if I put pressure on it during dancing. Towards the end of the month I was taking two additional SE2™ capsules to aid the healing of my ulcer. One effect I got was much quicker healing of the arm muscle. Last time we went dancing there was no pain at all, although I can still feel the injury.

If you want to talk to me about what I'm learning, you can let me know here.
